What-A-Rental Car Sales is the vehicle sales division of What-A-Rental TX LLC. What-A-Rental is the rental division of What-A-Rental TX LLC.

References to “the Sites” apply to all digital properties, branding, services, and online platforms owned or operated by What-A-Rental TX LLC, including but not limited to:

• WhatARental.com
• WhatARentalCarSales.com

2. Website Information & Availability

The Sites are provided for informational, operational, transactional, and marketing purposes related to:

• Vehicle rentals
• Vehicle sales
• Financing and BHPH programs
• Trade-in inquiries
• Vehicle hosting or management services

We work to keep information accurate and up to date, including vehicle availability, pricing, descriptions, and financing information. However:

• Vehicles may sell before website updates occur.
• Pricing or specification errors may occur.
• Availability may change without notice.

All vehicles are subject to prior sale and all pricing must be confirmed directly with the dealership before purchase.
